Start-up project named as MarSol was started back in 2016 by team of professionals within Maritime industry, On-line retail and IT & Digital Technologies.

    Chief Engineer: BSc degree in Marine Engineering study, 13 years sailing experience, 2 years as a Chief Engineer and 5 years shore based experience as a Technical Superintended  with ship owner & managers.

  • Dmitrijs Izotovs

    Mr. Dmitrijs Izotovs

    BSc degree in Computer Science at the University of Middlesex, 5 years as Technical Specialist & Solutions Architect with a blue-chip retailer (IT divisions).

  • Michail Bolohs

    Mr. Michail Bolohs

    BSc degree in Finance & Accountancy at the University of Northampton, 5 years’ managerial experience with a UK blue chip retailer and a further 5 years as company founder & CEO.

    Automatic quotations distribution to the list of chosen approved venders, restricted online assess for approved venders to provide quotations.

System was designed to provide as much as possible flexibility to the ship managers to pre-set requirements for the users and access authority basis on company internal needs. Providing to each user with unique ID a full history from hiring process, familiarisation, changes and updates of the profile could be previewed through system log for auditing purposes.
