Start-up project named MarSol was started back in 2016 by a pool of professionals across Maritime, IT and Digital Technologies industries.
BSc degree in Marine Engineering study, with sailing experience up to the rank of Chief Engineer and extensive shore based experience as a Fleet Manager and Technical Superintendent.
BSc degree in Computer Science at the University of Middlesex, 5 years as Technical Specialist & Solutions Architect with a blue-chip retailer (IT divisions).
BSc degree in Finance & Accountancy at the University of Northampton, 5 years’ managerial experience with a UK blue chip retailer and a further 5 years as company founder & CEO.
Experienced Software Engineering professional with over 7 years of experience working with all types of businesses ranging from one-man-bands to global conglomerates.
MarSol Team closely collaborates with a pool of marine professionals and subject matter experts in the area of Maritime Assurance & Vetting, experienced with OCIMF SIRE inspection regime and members of Global Vetting Teams.
MarSol is integrated software which consists of 3 basic modules such as: Profile, SMS and Workflow. As an option we can develop additional modules such as Planner, Crewing & HR, Reports.

The system was designed to provide as much flexibility to the users with the option to pre-set requirements and access authority based on company internal needs. Providing each user with a unique ID a full history from the hiring process, familiarisation, changes and updates of the profile. All activities could be previewed through system log for auditing purposes.
MarSol is a tool which will encourage users to raise company standards and compliance against own Safety Management System.
Accessing system from any remote location will provide user with latest available information within the system.
Managing daily activities in efficient way, utilising Workflow Model and encouraging office staff to be self-managed.
